Happy Days ;)
Since getting back from Australia/New Zealand, I've figured out a better work/life balance - work a litle, live a lot :) I'm fully self-employed, and have several different working opportunities all based around tennis & fitness, so I can enjoy a variety of jobs without feeling I 'have' to do any of them! Coaching tennis squads & individuals, fitness sessions in the gym & on court, running a few tournaments, restringing rackets, and teaching RPM (a fantastic group fitness workout on bikes with cheesy music - if you haven't tried it, you need to!)
It sounds like a lot but I've managed to go mountain-biking, hill-walking (munro-bagging), running, deerstalking (more about that below!), rock-climbing, and socialising on many occasions so life is pretty good. I was up in Braemar over my birthday with Gav, Jen & John Pezzola (American friend of Gav's), then hiking/running in the Dalwhinnie/Laggan area for Steve's surprise 30th and back to Edinburgh and a night of partying for Jen's birthday. Went to Braehead for the GB vs Ukraine Davis Cup Tie, then back to Braemar for another weekend with Steve, Jo, Mark & Sylvia - bagging a few munroes in severe wind and chilling out with home-made pizzas & wine by the fire! This past weekend I entered the Mighty Deerstalker, which was a really fun & challenging running/adventure event near Innerleithen (Borders). It was a great route with varying terrain and several obstacles adding to the challenge - bring on the next event!

I think that any discussion of your life at present is incomplete without mentioning how wonderful your flatmates are.
